We get to go to some beautiful places with Scouts.  Medicine Mountain Scout Ranch had some fun trails and was a short drive to Mt. Rushmore.

It's always a good day to
climb some rocks

Rest break during a hike.

Catching Tadpoles at San Pedro Springs in San Antonio.  I'm always fascinated by creatures I find on my own.

The biggest tree I have ever climbed. I went higher than my brothers.

Catching Tadpoles in the fountain at our local park.  This time we took some home to raise them.  When they were a little bigger, we let them go in the creek by our house.

Climbing in the cliffs at Catalina

Searching the tidepools for rock crabs and fish.

"Got one!"
Caught a Crab in the
cave behind me!

Of all twenty-three hikers in my family group, dad and I went the farthest on our Grand Canyon hike and made it to "Ooh Ahh Point."

Learning how to swing a cast net

Dove hunting

Preparing myself to
jump the bike ramp

It's always fun to be outdoors, especially with friends and family
